2024 ANNUAL MEETING
Our annual meeting was held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 5:30pm.

The annual meeting will be held at 1701 E. Melrose Ave. Findlay, OH

Every member of the credit union who is at least 18 years of age is eligible and encouraged to vote in the board of directors’ election.
The election will open March 19, 2024, and will close on April 18, 2024.
There will not be any nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Nominees by petition are required to submit to the President / CEO a statement of qualifications and biographical data with a petition signed by 100 members before March 14, 2024.
There are three seats up for election in 2024. Board members will be elected to a term of three years. Election results will be shared at the Annual Meeting. The nominating committee of HFCU has nominated the three individuals below to appear on the election ballot.

BOARD OF DIRECTOR CANDIDATES
Dolores Cramer
Dolores served as the Chief Financial Officer for several public schools in the local area for 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science, both in Organizational Management from Bluffton University. She also served as an adjunct instructor at Bluffton University. Currently Dolores provides technical support for training on the Ohio Public School state software, and she is a public-school administrator search consultant.
Dolores is a member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO) and has enjoyed volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. She was a recipient of the OASBO Rich Unger Professionalism award.
Dolores wants to volunteer as a board member because she has been a member of HFCU for a long time and feels her background in finance would be a good fit. She feels she can see things from both the side of the governing board as well as the end user. She has served on HFCU’s Supervisory Committee for the last two years.
Heath Rider
Heath is the Director of Construction at Trilogy Health Services. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has also worked in the insurance industry and as a realtor. He attended the University of Cincinnati majoring in Business and The University of Findlay majoring in Business & Real Estate.
Heath has been involved with several organizations including the Van Buren Sports Complex Association, the State of Ohio Department of Insurance, Boy Scouts of America, Hancock County Homebuilders Association and the Heartland Board of Realtors.
Heath wants to volunteer as a board member of HFCU because he wants to help people in the community with the knowledge he has built up over the years. He truly believes in servant leadership and wants to get more involved now that his kids are out of the house, and he has more time available.
Greg Harris
Greg worked in the financial service industry for over 40 years before retiring. His past experience includes Vice President of Mortgage Lending with Hancock Federal Credit Union (retired 2017), Vice President Investor Reporting / Remitting with Huntington National Bank, and Treasurer at The College First Church of God.
Greg has served on the board for the Macklin Intergenerational Institute and as a deacon and council member at The College First Church of God. Currently he serves as the Vice Chair of the Stewardship and Finance Commission with the church.
Greg wants to volunteer as a board member because he has a desire to help people reach their financial dreams. He has interest in working with the management team to develop goals and strategies that will take HFCU to the next level.

Election Rules Members must be 18 years of age or older to vote. Your account number must be listed in the space provided. This is for verification purposes only. Ballots that are not verifiable will not be counted. All ballots must be received by Thursday, April 18th by 12:00 pm. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting to be held on, Tuesday, April 23, 2024 @ 5:30PM. |
