The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on approved balance transfers and/or purchases throughout the promotional period of November 16, 2009 through January 31, 2010 for both new and existing card holders will be 3.99%. All approved card activity that qualifies for the promotional APR will remain at the promotional APR until that activity is paid in full, provided all repayment requirements are being met. The APR in effect for balance transfers and/or purchases incurred after the promotional period is determined by the credit limit that was approved when the card was granted.
